Dr Lynne Sedgmore CBE is a former chief executive, organisational consultant, priestess and published poet. She offers a unique synthesis of Leadership and Goddess spirituality for our modern times. She bridged mainstream organisations and spiritual communities for over 30 years and the organisations she led won numerous awards.
Lynne is Chair of the Glastonbury Town Deal Board. She was appointed CBE for services to education and was named one of the UK's '100 women of spirit' and as one of the most influential people in a Debrett's 500 list.
She is the author of 3 books of poetry. Lynne is active in the Glastonbury Goddess community as a practicing priestess, teacher and healer. She coaches individuals and senior teams in charities and organisations that inspire her. Her leadership impact, and poetry, has featured in many books, articles and magazines. Her course is offered through Glastonbury Goddess Temple training courses.
Lynne has recently published the latest of several marvellous books - Goddess Luminary Leadership Wheel - available on Amazon.
Lynne is a truly heartfelt person - who has also accomplished extraordinary things on a practical level. The way she has integrated her connection with spirituality and her fine pragmatic competence is remarkable. She is wise, thoroughly inspiring - and above all humanly real.
